Neil Perry AM (ON 1975) to Open Founders Hospitality Centre

On 11 February, 2015, acclaimed Chef Neil Perry AM (ON 1975) will join the Dr David Mulford, Mr Tony McDonald (ON 1976) Chairman of College at the official opening of the Founders Hospitality Centre.  

The refurbished former boarders’ kitchen is now a commercial kitchen and will be used by students undertaking the new Hospitality and Food Technology courses being offered in 2015.

Neil Arthur Perry AM (ON 1975)  is an Australian chef, restaurateur, author and television presenter. He also is the co-ordinator for Qantas Flight Catering under his company Rockpool Consulting. Perry co-owns and is executive chef of restaurants in Australia. In Sydney his current stable consists of three restaurants located in the city’s CBD: his flagship fine-diner Rockpool, modern Chinese restaurant Spice Temple, and factory-job steakhouse Rockpool Bar & Grill. The original incarnation of Rockpool Bar & Grill meanwhile is located in Melbourne And he open “Rosetta” in Melbourne in late 2012. source Wikipedia.
