Peter Neve OAM (ON 1959)

Awarded an OAM for service to the preservation of Australian rail heritage Peter (pictured above) was the Co-founder, New South Wales Railway Clubs Association in 1956 and founding Editor, The Railway News Magazine for the New South Wales School Railway Clubs Association, since 1956. Peter has been involved in all things to do with railways for over fifty years including research, heritage, preservation, written articles and photographs for the Australian Railway History Society. 

Richard Staniland OAM (ON 1962)

Newington proudly acknowledges Richard Staniland OAM (ON 1962) on his recent Queen’s Birthday Honour. Richard was awarded an Order of Australia Medal for his significant contribution to services to Aged Care in the Ku-ring-gai community.
