I’m so excited to be bringing you this article from the incredible new library. As I sit here at my desk, typing away, when I look up, I can see out into the new space, and it looks AMAZING! And judging by the reactions I get, from staff members to parents, to the teams of boys who have walked through the doors in these two days –I’m not alone in already loving the new space and I’m sure you will too when term gets fully underway.

I revel in the spaces that boys and staff now have to work, read, study, write, create and learn in, and I’m like a pig in mud squelching away happily (as the saying goes) each time I walk in.

The library books have all been moved from the old site and are ready to be devoured by eager eyes.

Some great, new features you might like to discover in the library include: the graphic novel section and a revamped magazine collection, where we’ve subscribed to 20 new magazine titles, including Top Gear, Triple J, FourFourTwo (shipped directly from the UK!), Inside Rugby, MacWorld, The Economist and much more!

There’s so much more to discover in the new library, so I invite you all to come and say hello. Library staff are all ready to help you find the information you need to do your assignments, so come on in!
