Dear Parents and Guardians,

I would like to thank all our staff and cadets who participated in our Anzac Day service yesterday. I was proud of our boys for the respect they showed and the effort they put into ensuring the service honoured the memory of our staff and students who have fought for their country. There was an especially poignant moment in the service when Headmaster read out the names of the fallen from WW1, WW2 and the Vietnam War and our Year 11 and 12 boys placed individually named crosses on the Johnson bank to signify the 176 Old Boys and Staff who lost their lives in war.

This weekend we have trial games against Oakhill and Cranbrook. May I ask boys and parents to read the AAGPS Code of Conduct in preparation for the season ahead. The Code of Conduct was instigated in order to protect our boys and coaching staff to enable them to enjoy their school sporting commitment. If you are aware of any inappropriate behaviour on the sporting field then please approach our staff for assistance.
