The first members of the group tasked with amplifying our College spirit, the 1st XVI, were also named. Congratulations to Captain Jeremy Webb and Vice-Captain Archie Gillies. Those boys took the opportunity to present the first six members – Jorge Cooney; Tunui Jorgenson; Patrick Kosmas, Oscar Tentij, Athan Tragotsalos and Dimitri Vallas, with their baggy white cap.
I would also like to remind our families about the Rev Bill Crews Foundation (formerly the Exodus Foundation) Christmas Drive. With many families and individuals experiencing the hardships of extended lockdown of the past two years, our generosity is needed more than ever.
Please donate what you can to the Christmas Drive to spread good cheer and community spirit. In line with covid-safe practices, please ask your sons to take your donations of non-perishable foods and gifts to Founders reception and put them under our Christmas tree. If you choose to wrap your gift, please attach a card, and specify what age and gender the gift is suitable for.
