HELPFUL TIPS

1. The cut off time to place or cancel online orders is 8.45am.
2. Before confirming your order, please check that you have selected the correct date.
3. Check that you have received an order confirmation email (new feature).
4. Remind your son/s that they have a recess/lunch order.

ORDER COLLECTION

Recess Orders

K-2 students that have a recess order will receive a slip of paper that they should take to the Tuckshop to collect their food.

3-6 students that have a recess order should go to the Tuckshop to collect their food.

Lunch Orders

K-2 students will have their lunch (daily specials and regular menu items) delivered to their classroom. All items are packaged and labelled with their name and items ordered. The exception to this rule is on Nachos and Sausage Sizzle days. The students will receive an empty bag labelled with their name and items ordered. They must take this bag to the Tuckshop to collect their food.

3-6 students will have regular menu items ordered delivered to their classrooms. All items are packaged and labelled with their name and items ordered.

3-6 students that have ordered a daily special will receive an empty bag labelled with their name and items ordered. They must take this bag to the Tuckshop to collect their food.

If students have ice cream or frozen juices cups etc as part of their lunch order they are to take their labelled bag to the Tuckshop to collect these items.

ANY CONCERNS ON THE DAY

Students are requested to report to the front office if they do not have any recess or lunch.

Staff will work with the Tuckshop to resolve any issues with missing orders. If a student does not have recess/lunch provided from home or a Tuckshop order, parents will be contacted for permission to access their My Student Account funds to cover the cost of providing a vegemite, cheese or jam sandwich ($2.00).

All students should have a minimum of $10.00 available on their My Student Account to cover the cost of emergency lunch orders as credit is not possible.
