Following the huge success of Wyvern House fund raising activities that purchased 135 goats for the Kasupe Goat Farm in Malawi we are expanding the Goat Farm Project. Our plan is to build a shop in the village to sell to the community much needed goat meat and milk and install a solar power unit to run the refrigeration required in the shop.
The last few years we’ve held Garage Sales in my street with the wonderful support from neighbours. These sales have been incredibly successful in raising money for Malawi so we’re now collecting for this year’s sale to be held on 9th & 10th November.

The majority of the sale will be clothing – give your clothes  ‘A Second Chance’. Also, we’ll have other stalls and from past experience we’ve found these the best items to sell:

*   Clothes – male/female, baby to mature adults. Including hats, scarves, jewellery, shoes & bags.
*   CDs & DVDs
*   Small Household items – bric a brac, china, vases, lamps, place mats, linen, table cloths – no electronics.
*   Books – Children & teenager books only.
*   Children’s Games & toys –  in good condition
*   Fabric, wool & knitting needles – what we don’t sell we’ll send to Malawi for the women in the village.
*   Small pieces of Furniture – we don’t have storage space for large furniture. Egs of saleable furniture: stools/chairs, small tables, mirrors.

For these larger items please contact me to arrange collection or drop off  to my home  9 Spencer Rd  Mosman where the sale is held.
