There was great excitement in both the K-2 and 3-6 assemblies last week as Mrs Fryda revealed a ‘new look’ Super BLP!  For those who are unfamiliar with this quirky but fun little Wyvern initiative, each week a different class nominates a student who has been particularly good at using one of our BLP Learning Muscles.

In the past,  it has been up to the teachers to nominate someone as our weekly BLP superhero. However, this year we are asking the boys themselves to nominate someone in their class who they feel is an effective BLP learner.

A huge congratulations to Gus Klineberg in KB and Marley Smart in 6H who were nominated by their peers as learners who ask great questions inside and outside of the classroom. Well done boys.

Each week the winners are featured in an iMovie presentation, which can be viewed on Newtube (under Super BLP 2015) and on posters outside Mr Holden’s office.

Next up – boys who manage distractions effectively in 2H and 5R.
