Alexander Chiew – KL

Alexander looked at pictures of bird’s nest and a real nest. He was able to interpret these as a 3D sculpture. Alexander used clay and mixed media in this work. He is to be commended for collecting materials from home and remembering to bring these into class for use in his art work.

Jamie Hokin – 1S

Jamie considered the aerial view in his drawing of The Kitchen Garden. He was also inspired by the Aboriginal artwork from the Central Western Desert when creating printed patterns to represent various plants.
