Artist of the Week

K – 2 Artist of the Week

Max Moore 1P

Max worked in oil pastel and watercolour to explore a creative representation of the sun. He made excellent use of a variety of lines to indicate the movement of light and heat. Max demonstrated pleasing craftsmanship and stretched his creativity to explore multiple ways of representing the sun. Fabulous work, Max.

Years 3-6 Artists of the Week

Artist of the week is brought to you by Year 6. The boys are ‘warming up’ to start their ‘Wyvernbald’ portraits. They made graffiti and cartoon book covers for their VAPDs. It was exciting to see their creativity within these pieces, and how far they have come over the past few years. I look forward to see what they achieve when painting their portraits.
