A Message from Mr Holden

As Covid restrictions begin to ease, we look forward to welcoming parents back into the school for certain activities. In particular, our very popular learning showcases will be occasions where parents can come into school to connect with your sons in the classroom. Updated details will be provided on the Spaces calendar. Next term we will continue with the same arrangements for drop off and pick up, e.g., carpark or top gate on Cambridge Street. Should parents wish to arrange an appointment to meet with teachers in person, you are welcome to do so. Check-in via the front office is required for these occasions.

From next term, to supplement the current school sport training arrangements for students in Year 3-6, we will offer a range of additional optional co-curricular sport and fitness activities each week.  These include a fitness session, rugby and soccer skills sessions with Mr Fear (Director of Rugby) and Mr McCarthy (Director of Soccer).  Please refer to the Term 2 Clubs and Extra Curricular Activities schedule for further details.

I thank boys and staff for their hard work and excellent effort across the first term; it has been a particularly settled start to the academic year. I thank parents for your steadfast support of the school. As we break for the school holiday period, I wish you all a very special Easter and that the central messages of forgiveness, peace and hope resonate with all families as we celebrate this important time of the year.
