K – 2 Artist of the Week

Christian Knoph – 2W

Christian worked in charcoal to explore figurative drawing. He arranged a mannequin into different poses and used his noticing muscle to draw directly from observation. Christian demonstrated an excellent understanding of proportion and was able to show form by carefully smudging the charcoal lines with his finger. Fantastic work, Christian.
