Angus Baker Wood 1P (Week 1)
Angus created an excellent artwork of an imagined landscape. He applied his knowledge of perspective effectively, and he displayed care and pleasing craftsmanship with a variety of materials. Angus created an effective and intricate pattern to frame his work. Sensational work, Angus.
Phoenix Thompson 2W (Week 2)
Phoenix created a wonderful mixed media artwork of koi fish in a pond. He applied his knowledge of shape and balance effectively, and displayed excellent craftsmanship with both drawing and painting techniques. Stunning work, Pheonix.

3-6 Artists of the Week
Artists of the Week goes to Years 3 and 4.
Year 3 have been studying the topic of ‘Celebrations’. They started with a chalk pastel drawing of New Years Eve fireworks! You can see the movement in the special techniques they used to create the fireworks.
Congratulations to Kevin Feeney 3B and Roman Radice 3M for their beautifully drawn Harbour Bridge fireworks.
Class 4V finished their bird paintings this week and the collage within these paintings is exceptional.
