K – 2 Artists of the Week

Archie Hanna 2M and Angus Baker Wood 2M

Year 2 finished off their Still Life unit of work by exploring some basic printmaking techniques.  The boys ‘sketch-etched’ into a scratch foam plate, they used washable markers to ‘ink the plate’ and then using dampened paper the boys ‘lifted a print’.   Angus and Archie showed great craftsmanship and produced a fabulous pineapple print as a result.   Well done!

3 – 6 Artists of the Week

Congratulations Year 6 on a wonderful ‘Wyvernbald’. The boys should be very proud of their painting and sculptures.
