K – 2 Artists of the Week

Kindergarten have had their EYES on colour mixing.  They have been exploring the Primary Colours Red, Blue and Yellow and have looked at what Secondary Colours they can make by mixing them.  Marcus and Oscar mixed some beautifully clean colours and showed great craftsmanship in assembling their artwork.

3 – 6 Artists of the Week

Year 3 have completed their ‘Zentangle ‘frog  artworks. This was a complicated process in which the boys combined realistic frog drawings with a patterned background on mineral paper. The boys then used watercolour textas to add colour to these amazing pieces. The boys in Year 3 worked really hard on these pieces. Well done.

Artist of the week goes to Max Moore, Nicholas Softsis and Jack Cornish.
