Dear Parents,

As many of you are aware, we have a new sign-in system at Wyvern named Envoy. When visiting Wyvern you must now use the electronic sign-in system at the front office window before moving on to the designated area you wish to visit. The system will take your photograph and provide you with a label to wear whilst on the premises. When exiting the building you must sign out to ensure we have an accurate record of who is on the premises.

Envoy enables us to provide a much safer environment for staff, students and parents. In the event of a fire alarm or evacuation, it would provide a photograph of any visitors thought to be in the building. It also allows us to have a more secure facility ensuring that we are able to keep track of visitors.  

Additionally it improves communication within the school as it makes the signing in process much more autonomous, sending notifications to staff members when their visitor has arrived. 

Your patience and consideration in following this procedure ensures the safety of the students, staff and parents.
