Year 5 started the term with an exciting incursion, competing the build a bridge challenge. Boys immersed themselves in the world of glue guns and paddle pop sticks and used their BLP imitation and imagining muscles to imitate and improve the warren and howe truss bridge designs. This fantastic immersion activity kicks off an exciting Science term where the boys study light, and consider the how design implications in our current urban environments assist those with eyesight difficulties.
