Sydney veteran developer and builder Lyn Shaddock is also considered a luminary on the Australian property forecasting front and is famous for his ability to pick the property cycles. Lyn who has more recently been Citibank’s director of Real Estate Asia Pacific and Chairman of the $1.7 billion Growthpoint Properties Australia, launched a book in February this year called Property Secrets: A Path to Profitable Property.
