29 Days until the 2012 Christmas Party
Another week down at Wyvern House and we have just gone through Orientation for all the new students for 2013. Remember how small and cute they were back then…. Thank you to all the volunteers who assisted in the Uniform Shop and who spoke to the new families making their time at Wyvern just a little bit more extra special.
Last Thursday 18th October the Wyvern House P&F AGM was held. Thank you to all who attended.

We still need to fill 2 positions to ensure the executive team operates well during the 150th Year Celebrations.
UNIFORM SHOP OPERATIONS – will assist the Exec Committee by making sure the Uniform Shop operates smoothly on a weekly basis. It only requires working in the shop 1 morning or afternoon per week. If you would like to help with this position, you will receive a 50% discount on your uniforms needs. This is a great role to meet people and assist the new families of the school. ASSISTANT TREASURER – is required to assist The Treasurer with processing invoices and collecting the Uniform Shop takings. Knowledge of QuickBooks would be beneficial to the Committee. If you have an interest in joining as the Assistant Treasurer, please contact Terry Fotaras at htfotaras@bigpond.com
We would like to thank the following members of the Executive Committee that have stood down this year.
George Grizitois – Standing down as General Member but has been a valued member this year assisting with the Father and Son Camps.
Alex Loveridge – Standing down as the “creator” of the Family Mentor position.
Cleo Litsas – Standing down as Assistant Treasurer, the quiet but well documented and organised achiever.
Cath Dunstan – Standing down as General Member however will be assisting with a special 150th School Tea Towel Project in 2013.
All these members have assisted with the P&F over 5 years in various roles and we would like to thank them for their time spent.

We are looking for donations for the silent auction and raffle so if you have any wine, works of art, (Streeton or Dobell) graciously taken, or a service that you can provide,we will gladly promote your business or service. Would love to see many of our Wyvern “services” such as car services, divorce lawyers, financial planners, physiologist, real-estate appraisals etc (not necessarily group together!!)
